How can I prevent my jewellery from tarnishing and turning black?

We've got you covered, follow these tips for that forever bling;

1: Clean regularly: Make sure to wipe your jewellery with a soft cloth to remove sweat and other residues.

2: Store properly: It is highly suggested to store your special pieces in our signature Laiyl pouches and keep them away from sunlight.

3: Avoid Chemicals: To prevent tarnishing, avoid exposing your jewellery to chemicals including perfumes, and hairsprays.

4: Avoid Moisture: Don't forget to remove your jewellery before showering, using lotions, or swimming as it may rapidly tarnish the product.

5: Rotate wear: Avoid wearing the same piece every day and give it time to breathe as it minimizes exposure to oils and moisture from the skin.

Which modes of payment do you accept?

Currently, we are offering cash on delivery only.

If an order has been placed, it needs to be received by the customer, refusal of the package will result in permanent blocking of any future order placed by the same customer.

What material do you use?

We deal in stainless steel, sterling silver, and gold-plated jewellery which are perfect for all skin types.

Can I add or remove products once I've placed an order?

What is the cost of shipping?

Our shipping rates are standard for delivery within any city of Pakistan which are PKR 250.

Do you offer return and exchange?

We apologise for the inconvenience, however, we offer no return or exchange policy. All our orders are finalised once only.

Incase of jewellery damage, kindly contact us within 48 hours of package delivery and we'll accommodate you accordingly.

What is the standard shipping time?

All orders will take 6-8 business days to deliver.

Can I send someone a gift directly to their address?

You can send a gift directly to your loved ones by placing an order and then contacting us via email. Payment can be made through bank transfer, and you may enter the recipient’s postal address and other required details during checkout.

If you would like to include a handwritten note, you can add one of our BWP greeting cards to your cart. Please mention in your email that you would like the message to be handwritten, along with the text you want included. The note will then be handwritten and placed inside the package for the recipient.
